Information We Collect

Shalva may collect account details, authentication identifiers, profile information, journal entries, mood check-ins, program progress, community activity, support messages, purchase receipt status, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide app features, sync your account, verify Premium access, respond to support requests, maintain safety in community spaces, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse.

Purchases

Subscription payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play. Shalva receives purchase and receipt information needed to confirm entitlement status; we do not receive your full store payment card details.

Data Choices

You can update account information, restore purchases, request support, or delete your account from inside the app. Deleting your account removes account-linked journal, progress, community activity, and purchase history records from Shalva systems, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
